At Paramount+, I led the design of the Content Management UI administrative interface, creating an enterprise-grade platform that streamlined the way teams manage, schedule, and distribute content across Paramount+, Pluto TV, and related brands.

The interface emphasized scalability and consistency, with a modular design system built in Figma that enabled reusable components and layouts.

I integrated user-centered workflows informed by usability testing and stakeholder workshops, ensuring that the platform simplified complex operations like metadata management, content scheduling, and cross-platform publishing. By aligning business strategy with user needs, the system empowered content teams to work more efficiently while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving streaming requirements.
